How Wordle Works
In Wordle you are presented with five empty boxes to work with, and you need to figure out a secret five-letter word that fits into those boxes. You only have six guesses to nail it.
Start with a word like “RAISE” – this is good because it has three common vowels and no repeated letters. Press Enter and the boxes will show you which letters you got right or wrong.
If a box ️ turns up, that letter is not in the secret word at all. means that the letter is in the word, but not in that position. means that you have captured the letter, it is in the word and in the correct place.
On the next row, repeat the process for your second guess, using what you learned from your previous guess. You have six attempts and you can only use real words (so fill in the boxes with EEE to see if there’s an E).
