In the same month, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov Denied that Putin was ill,

“I don’t think sane people can see any kind of illness or signs of illness in this person,” Lavrov said during an interview with TF1.

He added that Putin “appears in public every day.”

“You can see them on the screen, read and listen to their speeches,” Lavrov said.
