Denver Broncos: Who won the Von Miller trade? – Broncos Wire

Four months after the Denver Broncos agreed to trade outside linebacker Von Miller to the Los Angeles Rams, some fans and pundits are debating on social media which side won the player-for-picks trade.
Denver traded Miller to Los Angeles in exchange for second- and third-round picks in the 2022 NFL draft. Of course, we don’t yet know how the Broncos will use those picks — Denver might even trade them.
Based on what we do know, though, it seems fair to argue that the trade was a win-win for all parties.
The Broncos got two extra picks for a player who was scheduled to become a free agent in the offseason. Had Denver not traded Miller, he would still be set to become a free agent in March, but the Broncos wouldn’t have the two extra draft picks.
The Rams, meanwhile, went on to win the Super Bowl, and that’s ultimately what they were hoping to accomplish when they agreed to the trade. Miller won his second title and he can now sign wherever he wants as a free agent. He was probably the trade’s biggest winner.
We want to know what you think, Broncos fans! Who won the trade? Let us know by voting in the poll below!
